great location friendly staff easy check in terrible cleaning late cleaning damp towel
the location is really GREAT. staff is friendly, AND my check in was easy. the facilities were great TOO.
the room cleaning was terrible SOMETIMES. i returned around 4 p.m., and the room hadn't been cleaned THEN. the towels i used the day before and left on the floor were hung back up, still damp.

Superb Experience!
spacious room modern design comfy bed
I really liked the room size. It was very spacious! The design was modern, and the bed was really comfy. The shower had great water pressure, I loved the massive shower! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
I noticed some homeless people around. It is due to the proximity to transport stations.

amazing staff central location
the hotel felt very clean. staff were amazing and ideally situated. i booked for my birthday and felt special. i recommended it to friends and family and will return.
